We offer all our clients an extensive service centre for resharpening all types of sawblades. We have a Vollmer Service Centre in our factory in Dublin, that allows us to service the complete range of blades and teeth within the woodworking industry.
 The Service Centre is Vollmer's latest technology and comprises a CHD250 Grinding Machine complete with a robot loading system for fully automatic sharpening of large volumes of sawblades. Blade details are entered into the computer system and the blades are then placed into trolleys, which are wheeled into position within the loading area. Blades can be of different diameters and tooth geometries, with the software setting-up the grinding machine and controlling the loading and unloading sequence.
